Claim Regarding a Delivery
I’d like to know why the investigation was closed if the package was never delivered to my client, nor was it returned to me. The tracking shows it was returned to Las Vegas, Nevada, but that is not where my warehouse is located. https://www.ups.com/track?track=yes&trackNums=1ZB8F652YW15437225&loc=en_US&requester=ST/trackdetails | Could you please help me resolve this?

integration with Spring courier
Hi, we are now using Shippy Pro shipping manager, and we want to change. We work with this courier too: https://www.spring-gds.com/it/ that is basically a PostNL broker (post NL does not offer services in Italy), so we must go thru them. We don't see "Spring" in your courier integrations, any chance to create the integration with the API somehow? Best Regards
